If there is a return
If you cancel or return an item from your order, we will refund the points applied to that item.
When returning a product, the refund amount will be deducted from the points applied at the time of the order.
For example, if you use 1,000 points to purchase two items costing 4,000 yen (excluding tax) and 6,000 yen (excluding tax), and only return the 4,000 yen (excluding tax), we will refund you 3,600 yen (excluding tax), minus the 400 points applied at the time of purchase.
