Q: I haven't received my item yet?

A: We prepare products after receiving your order . If you purchase multiple products, they will be shipped after all products are ready .

To check the delivery date after placing your order, if you order after October 23, 2023, you can check the delivery date by clicking on the "Delivery date confirmation page" in the order confirmation email or on this page.

If you placed an order before October 23, 2023, please contact us by email at " info@lumier.jp " (please note that it may take a few days for us to respond).

Our store develops products in cooperation with planning teams and production factories (some items are selected by the director), but in order to provide products at the lowest possible price, we place an order with the manufacturer after receiving your order and prepare the products. Due to the nature of the arrangements, it may take longer than the number of days listed above. In the unlikely event that we are unable to prepare the product, we will contact you by email.

Q: Can you confirm if my order has been placed?

A: After your order is confirmed, an email will be sent to the email address you entered. If you have not received an email, please contact us via Inquiry. Members can also check from My Page. After logging in, please check your purchase history.

Q: I haven't received an order confirmation email?

A: If your order has been completed but you have not received the email, it may be due to the following reasons. The email address you registered may be incorrect, or your email may have been automatically sorted into the spam folder due to your spam settings and you have not received the email. To ensure smooth reception in the future, please set up your email to receive emails from "info@lumier.jp" in the "email address reception permission settings" and specify domain reception. Please note that we cannot resend the order confirmation email.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

A: We cannot accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Once an order is placed, we immediately place an order with the manufacturer, so we cannot accept cancellations. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

Q: Can I return or exchange items?

A: We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

Q: I received a defective product.

A: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us by indicating your order number and the defective product. Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after 4 days, including the day of arrival.

Q: Do you offer size adjustments, such as hemming?

A: We do not offer alterations on products.
If you would like to have it altered, please consult a tailor near you.

Regarding delivery

Once your order is confirmed, we will ship your order within the delivery period indicated on each product page.

In order to provide our products at the lowest possible price, we place an order with the manufacturer after receiving your order and prepare the product. Due to the nature of the process, it may take longer than the number of days mentioned above, or even after your order has been confirmed, we may not be able to prepare the product due to discontinuation of production or selling out. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please understand in advance.

About order cancellation

Once you have ordered an item, we will immediately place an order with the manufacturer. Therefore, we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

We accept the following three payment methods. Please note that you cannot change the payment method after placing your order.

atone is a payment system that anyone can use immediately. You can pay for this month's usage in one lump sum at a convenience store or by direct debit the following month.

■Payment method The number required to issue a payment slip will be emailed to you at the beginning of the month following your purchase. Please issue the payment slip from a convenience store terminal such as Loppi/FamiPort and make the payment by the 10th of the following month.

Returns and exchanges due to customer reasons

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience, except in the case of defective products.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items due to customer reasons.

- The product may be different from the image, frayed, have a dye smell due to the nature of the material, etc. - Some products are manufactured overseas, so we ask that you refrain from returning or exchanging items for slight wrinkles, stains, minor fraying, creases, etc.
