About the product
Sales quantities for products are limited to the stock available. If the product is out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you by email.Prices shown are excluding and including consumption tax.
Returns and defective products
[Regarding delivery periods] Please check the expected delivery times listed on each product page.
[Regarding out-of-stock items after ordering] Even after your order has been confirmed, there may be cases where we are unable to prepare the product due to discontinuation of production or selling out. In such cases, we will contact you separately and promptly cancel your payment or refund your money. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding.
[Regarding cancellations after an order has been placed] We place an order for the product with the manufacturer immediately after receiving your order, so we cannot accept cancellations or changes after the order has been confirmed.
[Regarding returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience] Except for defective products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons as they are due to customer's convenience. - Different size (there may be some difference from the measured location) - Different from the image - Fraying - Dye smell due to the nature of the material - Please note that there may be some wrinkles or stains as this is a product manufactured overseas.
[About defective products] We do our utmost to inspect our products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please attach a picture of the defective part and contact us at info@lumier.jp. Please note that we will not be able to accept requests for returns or exchanges after 4 days, including the day of arrival. We will check our stock situation and exchange the product for a new or equivalent product. Please note that refunds will only be given if the product is out of stock.
Return shipping costs: We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the customer. However, we will cover the cost of replacing defective products or products delivered in error. *This only applies if you contact us within the return period stated above.
Payment Method
- Each month, we will close the billing process at the end of the month and issue an invoice on the 1st of the following month. We will also notify you by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd of the month.
- Payment methods include convenience store payment (via convenience store terminals), bank transfer and direct debit.
- The payment due date is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For direct debit payments, the payment will be debited on the 12th*. However, for January and May, the payment may be debited on the 20th*.
- Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, the maximum fee is 390 yen (tax included), and for bank transfers, the customer will be responsible for the transfer fee. For direct debit payments, no payment fee will be charged.

Please note that payment may be charged before the product is delivered, as payment is finalized when the order for the pre-ordered item is confirmed.

■Payment method
The payment number will be emailed to you at the beginning of the month following your purchase. Please make your payment by the 10th of the following month using a convenience store terminal such as Loppi or a bank ATM (Pay-easy).
You can choose from the following four payment methods. Please complete the procedure by the end of the month via the smartphone app or your online account page.
(1) Convenience store terminal/bank ATM (Pay-easy) *Standard setting
(2) Electronic barcode (convenience store)
(3) Postcard invoice (convenience store)
(4) Direct debit
*Convenience store terminals/bank ATMs (Pay-easy) cannot be used to make payments at 7-Eleven.
*Electronic barcode and postcard invoices can also be paid at 7-Eleven.

・There is no charge for payment.
・A billing fee of 209 yen (tax included) will be charged only in the month of use. (Free if you use direct debit)
・The payment due date varies depending on the payment method.
- Fees will be charged in the manner specified by Net Protections Inc. in accordance with their membership terms and conditions .
